Mayan Calendar Prophecy origins from 1975, the same year Haile Selassie died-8/27/2020 is 12/21/12

I've mentioned this year on 8/27/2020 it will be 12/21/12 on the Ethiopian Calendar. This day is also important as former emeperor of Ethiopia Haile Selassie died on 8/27/1975. 

I was looking at the history of the 12/21/12 date and the Mayan calendar again and noticed a super interesting piece. 
Notice the origins of the importance came from New Agers in 1975...This was the same year Haile Selassie died....just another connection to it's importance.
