Something I found that's interesting regarding 456 and September 17. The 456th prime number is 3221. 3221 is the mirror to 1223 which looks like 12/23. That made me think of the Solstice and the shortest day of the year. I found this article from December 1938 called "December 23: Longest Day in the Year" by R. S. Richardson. It basically states we see the daylight as the length of days but that has nothing to do with the actual length in time. September 17 is actually 47 seconds shorter than January 1st. December 23 is actually the longest measured by time. So it has some time/sun ritual significance.
