Why Did Iowa Lose to Iowa State?

 

A perfect example of why Gematria doesn't pick winners in Sports. Sure, we can find patterns and such, and it may hit "sometimes," but it's not consistent, and there is no "perfect" way to win with it. Someone probably found other connections as to why Iowa State won too...For example, "Cyclones"=96 and today is 9/6....but then how do you decide "Why" that pattern hit over this more obvious pattern above? 

Iowa lost to Iowa State today, making their all time record against Iowa State, 47-25. 

Iowa should have won though, making it 48-24. 

Iowa=48 and 24
