I've been saying since 2015 that Charlie Hebdo was synced to the Royal Family and Prince Charles..now we are getting this story. 

Charlie Hebdo=63 and 63(rev red)

Prince Harry=63

Meghan Markle=63

Prince Philip=63(recently in news too)

Recall the 2015 Charlie Hebdo attack was over Muhammad as well...Muhammad is believed to have died age 63...which is why Muhammad Ali died on 6/3 and so on...Although, I see now that they have changed it on wikipedia to say he died age 61 or 62...Go figure. 

Notice this story comes a span of 6 months 3 days or 187 days before Prince Harry's bday too.

Plus the reference to George Floyd who is all about Black Lives Matter..

Recall, the Isis attack in France ended in the early hours of 11/14, which is Prince Charles' bday...His wife Diana died in France. King Charles I married Henrietta Maria of France. She was Catholic and unliked during the time. 

I also find it interesting that I have referenced Prince Charles to the English Civil Wars for so long...and while this isn't a Civil War...it's a similar concept...division amongst the Royal Family.

I further think it's related to the English Civil/Charles stuff, because this story comes 194 days after Princess Diana's death date, and a span of 194 days before the anniversary of the French Republic.

3/13 is the anniversary of Pope Francis becoming the Pope.
