Father Berner and His Priest Friend, Father Thomas CROWLEY-Why did I Create This Cipher?

 

Something I missed last night was that this article says Publishers Clearing House brought Father Berner to New York for an all expenses paid trip after he won. Notice how it says he brought his priest friend named Father Thomas CROWLEY along. 

Think how I was talking about Aleister Crowley in relation to The Ritual releasing.

Even the author of that article has a connection to 352 in this cipher I created. I've been seeing a ton of connections to this cipher lately, but for the life of me, I can't remember how or why I created this cipher. It looks like it's English Extended but gives WXYZ a value of 0...If anyone may know why I created it, please let me know. I know the regular English Extended Cipher has always been important to my synchronicities.
