I know this was a few days ago, but someone had a video on Facebook about it and I watched it.
It says "The Emperor has no Balls" and the Guy on video explains it's a reference to "The Emperor has no clothes".
The saying isn't exactly what is said in this story, but what he said is used by many people in regards to this story.
Anyway the whole reason I posted this is because

Here's the thing: all through the election campaign I felt like the little boy in the story who announces that the Emperor has no clothes. Then the Emperor screams at me, "Stupid kid! Of course I have no clothes! Look at my fans! Do they care? Hell no! They love me!" Meanwhile, the cheering crowd ebulliently chants the Emperor's name while eyeing me suspiciously. In the end, I get torn to shreds while being called a bleeding heart socialist.
